Soo I feel a little lost. When did Spiderman become part of the Fantastic Four or Future Foundation, whatever they're called now.

Oh damn, I forgot that Johnny had died. Then again it kinda makes sense because I remember reading old comics where Spiderman would bug them.

Spidey and Johnny were best friends, it was in his will that he becomes the new member

Also, Spidey wanted to be part of the FF originally because he thought it was a paying gig. Still makes me laugh. lol.
I hope with the FF She-Hulk might have a role in it

Amazing Spider-Man #1 was about Spider-Man breaking into the Baxter Building to prove himself so they would "hire" him, he refused membership when he found out they don't pay.
Over the years him and Johnny became like brothers and when Johnny died his final letter said to give Spider-Man his place on the team.
Actually Spider-Man was once the leader of Fantastic Four, when it was the New Fantastic Four and consisted of Spider-Man, Wolverine (in his civilian outfit), Hulk (as Mr Fix-it,) and Ghost Rider.
